Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Psalm are cancelled and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Psalm is provided on a subscription basis. This policy applies to paid subscriptions, where offered. If you are using the Service on a free or invitation basis, no fees are charged and this policy does not apply.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (for example, monthly or annually). Applicable taxes such as GST are added to the listed price. Your subscription continues for each period until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at the email below (a self-service cancellation option may also be available in the app).
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
  • After cancellation we will, for a limited period, make a reasonable effort to let you export your data before it is removed in line with our retention practices.

4. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period after cancellation.
  • As a goodwill measure, a first-time subscriber who is dissatisfied may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment.
  • If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or were unable to use the Service due to a confirmed fault on our side, we will refund the affected amount.
  • Refunds are not provided where a workspace has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at info@solidsurface.co.in from the email address on your account, with your company name and the reason for the request. We may ask for a few details to verify the account and the payment.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
